Joel Vallée has been promoted to the new position of Eastern Sales Manager for Algonquin Bridge, effective March 5, 2018. While remaining active in key account sales, Joel will add the sales management duties for the Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada territory.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Joel earned his Civil Engineering Degree, from the Universitè de Moncton in 2013 and went on to complete his Masters at Dalhousie University in 2015. His professional relationship with the AIL Group began with student co-op terms on the R&D Team at Atlantic Industries Limited in 2012 and 2013. A third co-op placement with the AIL Group brought him to Algonquin Bridge in 2014.
Accepting a full-time Technical Sales position with us in 2015, Joel quickly learned bridge design, field site advisor skills and strong sales techniques as he helped Algonquin grow our Quebec business beyond our traditional markets. His growth and performance in these areas has been a key part of Algonquin’s success over the last three years.
